Don't Talk To The Police !

    As things get rougher, various segments of the population will disrespect the law and its officers more and more. The police will become targets of misplaced aggression.

    As such, the police will be more rigorous in alertness and attention to detail, such that some may become dangerous to your health if you do not know what follows.

    Their interrogations may become, as in many to most foreign countries, quite physical.

    Many officers, that Mr. "B" has consulted with, repeatedly stated: "People are rude, surly, disrespectful of the law and its officers. This," he relates, "gets many people arrested." Oftentimes, the law enforcement is placed in a position of threat and has no choice but to take into custody the irate citizen. Officers are cursed, spit upon, and even physically attacked.

    "Can you imagine," Mr. "B" exclaims, the attitude of a law enforcement officer, out on a lonely street, highway...middle of the night...when the hell breaks in full rigor, and he meets up with Mr. Ugly? The officer will be ready for him, having prepared in advance for just such an event.

The funny thing is that the guys who most often get snotty and sass the cops are generally petty, clueless offenders. The real bad guys, the stone evil types who hurt people and steal things for a living, give it up when The Man shows. They know who has The Power."

• "Cops are always the biggest gang in town, with the most guys, the most guns, and the most money. . . . Challenging them is insanity. Cops never, ever lose on the street. Whenever challenged, they call up reinforcements until they win."

• "If cops make most of their arrests by driving around in cars, what you need to do is to become less arrestable is to be less visible to car patrols. Remember Uncle Dale's Golden Rule #1: If cops can't see you, they can't arrest you."

• "The point is that behavior, not race, gets people arrested. . . . Middle- and upper-class black and Hispanic Americans who drive street-legal cars within speed limits; have nice manners; and avoid carrying drugs, unlicensed firearms, or stolen property in their vehicles can go years without any interactions with police, just like white Americans. They still get pulled over more often than they should, but they do not get arrested."

• "When you are face-to-face with the police, there are two contests going on. (1.) A contest for psychological dominance. (Who's boss?) (2.) A contest for physical custody of your body. (Do you get arrested or stay free?) You want to lose the first contest in order to win the second. That's right, lose in order to win. Cops are bosses of the street. They're going to prove it to you anyway, so let them. This costs you nothing. You're in front of the police only for a few minutes. Play your cards right, and you'll win the second contest and stay free."

    "Mr. "B" envisages that some areas will have no law enforcement officers; others, will not have the full complement of officers to cover the entire area. Inner cities will be hell–holes. Cities cannot—will not spare the officers to go into extremely hot areas," Mr. "B" feels. They will be apportioned to less violent areas and where they can be quickly supported.

    When this happens, society will be coming apart and martial law will be everywhere. We may not be far from it now, Mr. "B" says.
